YTVideoGet respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

1. Overview

YTVideoGet.com is a technical service provider that enables users to download publicly accessible YouTube videos. We do not host, store, or distribute any video content on our own servers. All video content accessed through our tool originates from YouTube's own servers and remains subject to YouTube's content policies and terms.

In the event that you believe your copyrighted work is being accessed or downloaded through our service in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us as described below.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice, you must provide the following information in writing to our designated DMCA agent:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or — if multiple works are covered — a representative list of those works.
• A description of the specific material you claim is infringing, and sufficient information to allow us to locate that material (e.g., the YouTube video URL).
• Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Where to Send DMCA Notices

We strongly recommend submitting notices via email for the fastest response. Incomplete or invalid notices will not be processed.

4. Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, YTVideoGet will:

• Review the notice promptly, typically within 3 to 5 business days.
• Take appropriate action, which may include blocking access to the specific content or functionality identified in the notice.
• Notify the user who submitted the relevant content or URL if applicable.
• Maintain a record of all received notices in accordance with the DMCA.

Please note that YTVideoGet does not host video files on its servers. Our service provides download links that point directly to content hosted on YouTube. Accordingly, permanent removal of video content must ultimately be addressed through YouTube's own DMCA reporting process at support.google.com/youtube/answer/2807622.

5. Counter Notification

If you believe that content was incorrectly identified as infringing and was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter notification. A valid counter notification must include the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled, including the location where the content appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal or local court and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Counter notifications should be sent to the same contact address listed in Section 3 of this policy.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

YTVideoGet maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we will terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Misrepresentation

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification — may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
